Principal's Message

  • What a fun week! The kids’ imaginative outfits were fantastic, and our Family Luncheon was a huge success—thank you to all who attended!

  • No school Mass on Friday due to the funeral of a long-time parishioner and St. George School alumni parent.

  • Parish Celebrations for Catholic Schools Week:

    • Sunday, Feb. 2: St. Paul’s (8:30 AM) & St. Edward (10:30 AM & 1:00 PM). Families registered at these parishes are encouraged to attend.

  • Re-Registration for 2025-2026: Feb. 6 - Feb. 25

    • All registration fees are due during this period to secure your child’s spot. Spots will not be held without payment.

    • Huge waitlist for Preschool & Kindergarten, so register early!


Events

  • Friday, Jan. 31, 6:00-8:00 PM – Winter Wonderland Party

    • FREE event in the school hall! RSVP to help with food planning. RSVP

    • 🍽️ Food Highlights: Cream Puffs, Bubble Tea, Ice Cream, BBQ Chicken, Pancit, Rice

    • 💆‍♂️ NEW! Parents Lounge 🍸a cozy space just for parents to relax and unwind!

    • 📢 Last-minute volunteers needed! Cleanup volunteers (8-9 PM) earn 2x service hours. Sign up here! Questions? email esullivan@saintgeorgeseattle.org

  • Thursday, Feb. 6 – Mandatory State of the School Meeting (6:30 PM) RSVP

    • For all Preschool - 7th Grade families in the school hall.

    • Updates on Shea Foundation remodeling, school initiatives, budget, tuition rates, and parent expectations for 2025-2026.

    • Earn 1 service hour for attending!

    • Free child care (ages 3-8) available in the gym.

  • Fri, Feb. 7 – NO SCHOOL (Archdiocesan Teacher Professional Development)

  • Feb. 11-14 – No Study Hall or Working Lunch

    • Learning Specialists attending a Reading Instruction Conference.

  • Feb. 17-21 – Mid-Winter Break (No School)

  • March 22-30 – Japanese Homestay Program

    • Seeking families to host a Japanese middle school student for the week.

    • Students attend school daily with your child & experience American family life.
