St. George Parish School offers a K-8th Grade Extended Care program that is available daily on a drop-in basis. We offer a safe, happy environment for children to relax and play both before and after school. Students are free to use the playground and/or gym under supervision of our Extended Care staff, and are encouraged to interact and make new friends across grade levels.

 

While in Extended Care, students are also given the opportunity to collaborate and complete homework if they so choose. Many teachers also offer after school clubs like Study Hall, Lego or Choir in which the students may participate during this time.

 

Our program is housed in our school cafeteria. For safety reasons, our staff checks students in daily to Extended Care, and students are not released until a Parent Signs them out at pick up. At the end of the month, usage hours are tallied and parents are invoiced by our business office based on each child’s Sign-in/Sign Out Form. All invoices are payable within two weeks.

 

Morning Care is from 7:00 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. We charge a flat $2.00 rate per occurrence.

 

After Care is available daily for $5.00 an hour. Prices are rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

 

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

• Weekly early release Wednesday: 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

• First Friday’s Noon Dismissal: 12:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
