Registration
SCHOOL YEAR | 2012 - 2013


Registration is open to any child of any race, creed or color with preference being given to Catholics. Children transferring from another school or just beginning must present IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, and a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. These items must be presented according to Washington State Law. A BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE is required if Catholic. Children entering kindergarten must be five years old on or by August 31st.

All new 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students need to arrange an interview with the principal before acceptance for registration and will be on a probation period of three months.

No family with tuition or other monies owed to St. George or any Rainbow School will be considered officialy registered until all outstanding balances have been satisfied.

This form is a summary of what is expected of those attending St. George School. A non-refundable registration fee of $300 per child is required at the time of registration.

This form must be filled out and signed by your parish priest/pastor or his designated representative.

The fundraising commitment for the 2012–2013 school year is $450. This is accomplished through the Jog-A-Thon, Candy Sale, and Auction. The attached Fundraising Commitment Form describes our fundraisers.

Each family is required to give a minimum of 40 hours of service to St. George School. If you are not able to complete 40 hours of service you will be billed $15 per hour for each hour not completed. Stewardship and service mark the foundation stones of our Catholic community and participation by parents is most important to our children and school. The attached parent service form describes some of the ways that you can fulfill these hours.
