General Job Description
- Attend Monthly PTA meetings
- Request report of PTA statement from Violeta Ebreo at the end of the month.
- Organize the statement in Excel to a more easy to read report. An example of the "statement to report" is attached.
- Assist event chair with organizing a group to count event money for deposit preparation for Violeta , Example: Halloween Carnival, past event like Cookie Dough Sale
- Assist with expense budget or reimbursement approval.
- Assist with budget goal planning. In the summary tab of the attached report, I plugged in the target goals and conservatively considered past performance history. We should do this again when planning for the next fiscal year.
- Report PTA financial status at every meeting. PTA statement closes at the end of May and deposits for June event is delayed for July to use as a working capital for the next school year per the agreed upon amount.
- PTA financial performance reporting is July-June.
When getting the statement from Violeta, make sure to reconcile the statement she provided with the report you produce. If the amounts do not match, verify the statement with the office again. There might be an error when exporting the statement.

Our First Annual Magazine Sale Kick-Off
assembly is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 4th at 11:00 in the gym. We're going to TURN IT UP this year in
fundraising and stewardship for our school. Our school goal is $8,000. Magazine catalogues will go home that day with your child, but you can check
out our school website for easy ordering right now. It's up and live with many more options than the catalog. Email our link to your relatives and
friends, and they can order from the comfort of their own home and YOUR CHILD gets the credit. SALES TURN IN DAYS are Tuesdays with weekly prizes for
the class with the highest number of orders! 50% of your family’s total sales will go toward your $450.00 fundraising commitment. Turn up your
stewardship... Turn up the teamwork for St. George!
eScrip* is a fundraising program where families can sign up and support St. George School by simply shopping at
Safeway with their Safeway Club Card.
So gather Safeway Club Card numbers from all your family and friends and start earning money for St. George School.

St. George are encouraged to go on a scavenger hunt in their own homes to look for the pink Box Tops on hundreds of products. Clip Box Tops and earn cash for
our school. Deposit in the container near front office.
Labels for Education. Earn cash for our school just by saving the labels from some of the foods that you already eat at home. Many food
labels can be collected and turned in to raise money for our school; not just Campbell's Soup Labels. Check the
attached page to see other participating products. Deposit the labels in the Campbell's Soup container near the school
office. For more information on how this program raises money for our school, visit the official website at
