Weekly Learning Targets:
Math: I can add by counting on.
Reading: I can tell you 3 words that begin with SN.
Reading: I can tell you 3 words that are in the -un word family.
Reading: I can tell you what sequencing means.
Reading: I can use pink, purple, yellow, blue in a sentence.
Reading: I can sort AG/OG words
Math: I can use a strategy to solve a subtraction problem. (pictures, numberline, counting on, math manipulatives)
Religion: I can tell you one way Jesus cared about others.
Religion: I can tell you one way I care about others like Jesus did.

★ Homework bags are due Friday.
★ Please keep going over flashcards.
★ Remember to continue working on reading forms and May homework.
★ Parents need to be reading to their child at least 20 minutes every night.
- Mass on Friday, May 11th. Don't forget cans!
- Saturday, May 12th, is the Multi Cultural Fair.
- Tuesday, May 29th, the students will be singing in the Spring Concert at 6:00pm in the Prayer Hall.
- Saturday, June 2nd, Spring Carnival and Talent Show.
- Friday, June 15th, after Mass the kindergarten class will have their graduation right after Mass. I sent home a letter last week.



I moved to Seattle in April of 2008 from Helena, Montana
where I worked in preschool for the past 6 years. I am a 2007 graduate of Carroll College with a B.A. in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education.
